From April 1st, a new system has been established and people from various countries are seeking employment in Japan.
Even though there were many foreigners working in Japan, their wages and benefits were very low compared to Japanese who did the same job.

However, due to the revision of this system, foreigners coming to Japan after this month will have the same level of work as Japanese because Japanese language ability is N4 level.
